I work with an incredible Australian framing and printing company who take pride in using sustainably sourced timbers and impeccable archival standards for printing. This support team ensures my artwork is presented exactly the way you want it to look in your office, home or commercial setting. When I might refer to ‘we’ or ‘our’, this is the team that I am referring to.

The framing and printing is a process that I am so happy to guide you through ~ Prints or Paintings can be rolled and sent to you in a tube, they can be stretched or they can be stretched & framed in a floating wooden frame ~

CANVAS ~
- 12oz poly-cotton
- Australian made
- Double primed
- Tight weave and fine tooth

STRETCHER ~
- Hoop Pine (Araucaria Cunninghamii)
- Sustainably sourced, plantation grown and kiln dried
- Finger jointed, underpinned and braced for extreme strength and warp-free longevity

Dimensions for stretcher:
- 38mm deep
- Canvas size refers to paintable front surface

FRAME CHOICES ~

- Grown sustainably with FSC certification and kiln dried
- Under and cross pinned for extreme strength and rigidity

- Flooded Gum (Eucalyptus Grandis) Pink to pale red-brown and with a moderately coarse and even texture and straight grain

- Natural American Ash (Fraxinus Americana). Similar in appearance to European ash. The sapwood is light coloured to nearly white and the heartwood varies from greyish brown to pale yellow streaked with brown. The wood is generally straight-grained with a coarse, uniform texture.

- Total outside frame size is 30mm larger than canvas

Shipping Processing Time ~

Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. After your payment is authorised and verified all orders are processed within 7 business days. We will contact you if there are any delays in the process. Some orders may take a few days. While, other orders that require stretching or stretching & framing may take several weeks ~ this depends on the choice of timbers and drying times of original works etc

Prints or Original Artworks Rolled ~

The standard shipping time expected for original artwork rolled in a postal tube is 2-3 weeks. However, the original artwork may need additional drying time before being rolled.

Prints or Original Artwork Stretched sent via courier ~

The estimated time for stretched and sent artworks is within 4-6 weeks.

Prints or Original Artwork Stretched & Framed sent via courier ~

The estimated time for stretched & framed and sent artworks is within 4-6 weeks.

Tracking

We ship through several couriers across Australia, which is express registered post. However, as your order is specific to you, we need time to print, stretch, frame and pack your order which is why times may vary. We will always send a tracking number when it is on the way to you. For any other special requests or requirements please contact me directly at contact and I will be happy to discuss this further with you.

Missing or Lost Package

To reduce the chance of missing or lost packages, the customer must sign upon delivery of the package. This will be automatically selected at shipping.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds, repairs and replacements in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and on the term set out in this Refund Policy. I will always welcome all conversations around finding the best solution to problems.

Change of Mind

We understand that buying art online can be tricky, and ultimately our aim is for you to love your purchase!

For this reason, I am able to offering you a 7- day change of mind return on rolled canvas only. All other items which are stretched and framed are considered to be custom orders and cannot be returned if you change your mind. These have been made up by our framer specifically for you and the artwork you have chosen.
