Morning Light

When the clouds are drenched in the sunlight, and the water starts to glisten. I can feel the humid air breezing in over the ocean and then see the refection of the clouds in the water as the tide moves out. This scene is layered in colours over the canvas. The movement of the water is the reflective whites washing over the painting and mixing together until they are comfortable. There has to be a freshness ~ the painting must work it’s own magic as it goes along…
